Wendy has developed and operates the legal structure at Initium; ranging from relevant employment agreements to IP protection. She is in charge of establishing a strong foundation for Initium Aerospace to develop while maintaining full cohesion with the relevant regulatory bodies.

Wendy is currently studying at Imperial, pursuing Material Science and Engineering as a STEM basis for IP law in the aforementioned and adjacent fields.
